A Zurich-based software company is looking for an Internal Sales service specialist to contribute to
the success of our Sales team by actively contacting potential customers and partners, follow-up
Sales leads and providing administrative, clerical, and customer support. The responsibilities include
customer relationship management, the active support of the external Sales specialist team, the management of orders, offers and contracts. The Internal Sales service specialist reports directly to the
Head of Sales. Experience in a similar position in a telecommunications and / or IT security environment is a must. The candidate has to be perfectly fluent in German and English (one of them mother
tongue), fluency in Spanish would be a plus.
Your responsibilities:
-­‐ Generate sales leads by contacting potential customers and partners
-­‐ Presentation of product range, especially secure mobile communication products
-­‐ Follow-up on contacts of the external Sales team
-­‐ Managing and supporting the sales process – from offer to order and contracts
-­‐ Supporting Sales Manager/ Sales Team independently in all internal and external matters
-­‐ Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
-­‐ Process sales data and progress report
-­‐ Customer relationship management including back office tasks
-­‐ Maintain client database
-­‐ Organize events, conferences, and other meetings for external Sales team
-­‐ Complete weekly sales meeting data, templates, and presentations
Your qualifications:
-­‐ Internal Sales experience (preferably B2B)
-­‐ Commercial training, business administration
-­‐ Sales experience in IT security or telecommunications
-­‐ Interested in telecommunication and security products & trends
-­‐ Strong communication and teamwork skills
-­‐ Organized and independent working style
-­‐ Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi-task
-­‐ Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
-­‐ Fluent in reading, speaking and writing in Geman & English. Spanish and any other language
a plus
