Career Services and the School of Public Administration are pleased to invite you to the Nonprofit and Public Service Career
Showcase on April 16, 2015, from 12pm to 3pm. The showcase will be held in the Student Union at the University of Central Florida.
Attend to connect with UCF students and alumni from a variety of academic backgrounds. This showcase will provide you with a
forum to recruit volunteers, interns, and potential employees; build your brand awareness; highlight your organization’s best practices
and awards, and educate students/alumni on various career paths in your organization.
The event is open to more than 59,000 current UCF students as well as alumni. Among these students are those studying public
administration, nonprofit management, urban and regional planning, research administration, and emergency management at the
University. Additionally, there are students interested in entering the nonprofit and public service sector who are enrolled in one or
more of the University’s 200+ academic programs.
Registration is open to tax exempt nonprofit, government, and public service organizations only. Organizations will be asked to
provide a valid Florida tax exemption certificate.

Registration Deadlines
Early Registration Deadline: March 27, 2015
Regular Registration Deadline: April 2, 2015

Early Registration fee: $50.00 per table
Regular Registration fee: $100.00 per table
Standard Registration
*Early Registration fee: $53.25 per table
Regular Registration fee: $106.50 per table
Registration & Payment Policy
The early registration payment deadline is March 27, 2015. Organizations that do not provide payment by this date will be dropped
from the event list. At that time, the regular registration fee will be charged. Employers, who register after March 27, 2015, will be
required to pay the regular registration fee in full at the time of registration.
Registration includes one 6ft. x 30in. table for two representatives, refreshments, and parking passes. Extra representative are $25
each. Displays must fit within the 6ft x 3 in. table dimensions. This includes elements of the display that may extend beyond the
prescribed space limitations. A maximum of three representatives may staff each table.
Registration for this event will close on April 2, 2015, or when the event is sold out, whichever occurs first. To ensure your
participation and inclusion in all related publicity, please submit your online registration as soon as possible.

 Complete the registration form and submit

 To create a KnightLink account, click on the “register” tab at the top of the page
 Complete company information and select career fair in the services requested section
 After your information is submitted, you will receive your system generated username and password within 24 hours
 Once this information is received, login to and follow the above event
