EXPRESS CLASSES
AWESOME ABS: Join one of our Fitness Team professionals for this 20 minute ab blast done on the fitness floor outside of Studio I.
PILATES EXPRESS: 25 min. of effective & efficient Pilates to improve strength and create long, lean muscles. Create a strong core.
TABATA CROSS TRAIN: RESULTS! Tabata interval training mixed with powerful strength training exercises to shape and tone your body.
STRENGTH EXPRESS: Full body strength training. Upper and lower body blast. No Frills, No Fluff, just good, effective resistance training.
TABATA CYCLE: Interval Training using the Tabata style of training specifically designed for intense challenge in this express class.
CORE 30: Top off your Tabata Cycle or pop in for this 30 min. Core Blast. Incorporates Yoga & Pilates inspired moves. (Gym Floor)
CORE & MORE: Pilates-inspired exercises are the foundation of this class. Focuses on whittling your waist while strengthening core & more.
Cardiovascular and Resistance Programs
BOKWA: Bokwa® is a new and completely different approach to group exercise where participants draw letters and numbers with their feet.
CARDIO DANCE: The vibe of Latin-based dance fitness classes blended with a funky dance party to create a high-energy cardio dance jam.
CARDIO SCULPT: Dynamic cardio and strength body blasting interval workout. Something new every week to keep your body guessing.
GROUP ACTIVE: ACTIVATE YOUR LIFE! Cardio, Strength, Flexibility, Balance and Core in 1 hour for all fitness levels. 20/20/20 format.
GROUP POWER: YOUR HOUR OF POWER! The BARBELL training class for men and women alike. Full Body Workout with Weights.

SCULPT LITE: Formerly Silver Pump. Appropriate for those wanting a more gentle approach to resistance training.
SPORTS BLAST: Early morning wake up is an advanced challenge using some sports drills, but all participants are welcome.

R & R YOGA: Restore and Renew with this Saturday afternoon relaxing Yoga class. Set the tone for the rest of your weekend.
MOMMY FIT YOGA: Yoga class designed for the special needs of pregnancy. Part of Mommy Fit Pre/Postnatal Program.
PILATES: Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination concentrating on the body’s “core”. Create long & lean muscles.
PIYO: A challenging Fusion of Yoga and Pilates to help build strength, increase flexibility, improve balance and coordination.
POWER PILATES: Designed for the int. / adv. levels. This is a non-traditional Pilates class that may utilize additional equipment.

SUNRISE YOGA: Early morning Yoga is back! Start your day off balanced and energized in this sunrise yoga class.
TGIF YOGA: Relax...There’s no better way to end the hectic work week than Friday afternoon Yoga. Relax and unwind for your weekend.
YOGA: Combine postures & breathing techniques with relaxation for a true experience. May take elements from various Yoga styles.
YOGA FLOW: Yoga that concentrates on flowing movements & strong postures. Good for int/adv participants, but every level is welcome.
Indoor Cycling Programs
HILLS & DRILLS: 1 hour class is designed with a focus on strength & endurance with specific design on cycling drills.
INTERVAL SPIN: Driving music and great technique at its best. This class focuses on a fun and effective interval ride.
LET’S RIDE: A cycling adventure that is perfectly timed to create challenging stages that will strengthen your heart & get you motivated.
