Good Eats Meatloaf
In a very hot wok, coat well with oil and add scallions, ginger and
garlic. Season and stir. Quickly add the bean sprouts and stir-fry,
flipping the sprouts around quickly. Check for seasoning. Serve
immediately. May serve with rice.
PLATING Serve on a small oval platter.

I had all the ingredients on hand. I didn't bother with the "hair"
on the sprouts. I added about a teaspoon of garlic chili sauce,
finished the sprouts with some finely chopped cilantro, and
served it with jasmine rice, pan seared tilapia and a freshly
cooked mango chutney. WOW! Thanks so much Chef Tsai!

This is a quick and tasty vegetarian dish that's easy on the
