REGISTRATION
1. Click on “Register”, on the top right corner of the screen.
a) DEPARTMENT: Select your Department from Department list.
b) HOD Name : Enter the name of your Head of the Department.
c) HOD Email: Enter the active email id of Head of the Department.
d) Password: Enter a password for your account, Password must be of more than six
characters.
e) HOD Mobile No. : Enter 10 digit mobile number of Head of the Department.
f) Click on “Signup”
2. Now you will receive a confirmation mail on your Email-id.
Open your email, click on the link given in the email.
LOGIN
3. Click on “Login”, on the top extreme right of the screen.
a) HOD Email-id: Enter your HOD Email id.
b) Password : Enter your password
c) Click on “Login”.
4. Screen shown below is the dashboard for your Department.

Courses: On click of this block you will get listing of all courses of your Department
Alerts: Here you can add new alerts for the candidates applying in the courses offered by
your Department.
All other links are disabled .
6. On click of the “Courses” block you will get a new page, as shown below.
7. It lists all the courses offered by your department, with summary.
8. Add New Course: If any of PG course offered by your department is not listed in the list , you can add a
new course to the application
(Course added by you will be visible to students and they can apply to this course, make sure
information provided by you is correct)
COURSES AND THEIR ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
10. When you click on the pencil to update course, you will get a page as shown below,
Here you can update all the information about the course, Pl check all the information is correct.
Please Upload the Bulletin/ Brochure/Prospectus of the Department in PDF Format only.

11. Once you have done with course updation, Click on Update.
12. To view the Eligibility Criteria for the specific course, click on the “View Requirement” in its
respective row.
Once you click you will be redirected to a page as shown below:
13. Please check all eligibility criteria.
MAKE SURE CATEGORY CODE OF EVERY REQUIREMENT IS UNIQUE IN AN ADMISSION
CRITERIA
14. If you found any Eligibility Criteria is incorrect , You can Update that specific Criteria by Clicking on
the pencil in that specific row.
15. After updating all information , Click on update.
16. To Add new eligibility Criteria to any course click on the “Add requirement” in its respective row on
“Courses” page.
