New Lunch Menu
Our new and improved lunch menu is here! Just in time for
spring, Chef Eddie has updated the menu for the Mixed Grill
on the 16th floor. We've kept the favorites, lightened up some
selections and added a few new things that we think you'll love.
Come in during the month of April and receive (1) free side of
your choice with your order. Offer is limited to (1) free side per
person during the month. Lunch is served in the Mixed Grill from
11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. We look forward to seeing you there!

month is Ms. Sarah Beth Kalnasy.
Sarah Beth is our new pastry chef
and has been with the Club since
December. She is a graduate of
the Bossier Parish Community
College Culinary Program. She
has a passion for pastries and was
most recently employed at Aly B's
Bakery where she was responsible
for baking all the cakes, cookies, muffins, scones, petit fours
and special requests. Sarah Beth has done a fantastic job with
desserts and presentation. We are thrilled that she has joined
our team! Congratulations Sarah Beth!
