DELEGATE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Registration and collection of the summit pass and pack by delegates will start from 815am morning on 7
April for the Congress and 9 April for the Masterclass. The programme will start at 9am sharp.
To ensure a quick registration process, a Unique Registration Code (URC) is generated for each delegate.
Please locate your registration code from the confirmation emails sent to you upon successful online
registration. If unsure of your URC, please approach our enquiry counters.
4 The first letter of your registration code indicates the registration counter that you should queue to collect
your conference pass and bag. Please kindly present both your registration code and business card (or any
other identification cards) for our verification. For example, if your registration code is “B12P1”, the first
alphabet of your code is “B”. It means you should present your registration code at the registration counter
with a sign written:
URC STARTING
A-C
If unsure, please kindly approach our friendly staff who will be more than glad to guide you to the correct
registration counter on that day.
