Reports to the Recruitment Manager
To recruit and on-board talent and perform the required and necessary administration and co-ordination functions related
to recruitment and induction of all employees at Swakop Uranium (SU).

Shortlisting and interviewing of candidates;
Recruitment process administration;
Employee engagement and induction;
Expatriate employee administration and support;
People and performance management;
Professional/Personal Development and Growth;
Co-worker effectiveness;
Safety, Health, Environmental, Radiation & Quality effectiveness;
Requirements and experience:
Relevant Human Resources National Diploma or related personnel administration diploma;
NQA Level: 4;
Generalist –level working experience in Recruitment: 3 - 5 years;
Experience working with expatriate employees is an added advantage;
Code 08 Drivers License.
