From that first day it has been our goal to provide our customers with the guidance, equipment and the freshest ingredients to produce quality, hand-crafted beers in an environment that is professional, safe and fun. Sixteen years and 40,000 batches later, we are still committed to our customers' needs and desires. Salads Buffalo Chicken Salad (8) Your choice of golden fried chicken fingers or grilled chicken breast in our spicy buffalo sauce served on greens, carrots, celery, tomatoes and crumbled bleu cheese. Served with Bleu Cheese dressing. Taco Salad (8) Chips and crisp romaine topped with our Amber Ale Chili, cheddar cheese, chopped tomato, scallions, jalapeños, salsa and sour cream. WOW! A Little Bit About Us Our production side of the business began its operations in 1995. The brewery has grown from a "3-barrel" system, producing approximately 93 gallons of beer per batch, to a "10-beer" brew house. The BREW Kettle Production Works opened its doors in the summer of 2008. Built to accommodate growing demand, this 20 barrel brewery, with a 700 gallon capacity, will help us meet our current needs and grow to the next level of distribution. From our humble beginning, we have been committed to producing ales and lagers of superb quality and character.
