Divide filling evenly on top of the cake and give a gentile press, so the filling is pressed down into the cake. Sprinkle pearl sugar on top. Bake in deck oven for approx 70 min. at 175°C (347°F) Alternative version: “Vanilla marinated apple pie” Use 17g of vanilla sugar instead of Cinnamon and sugar Alternative baking tin: For baking tin 30x45cm (half sheet pan), multiply the recipe by 2,5 and bake it for 105 min.
