We cannot control the feelings that arise within us, but we can choose what to do with them. Let us together explore ways to work through the days when feelings seem to overwhelm us. Find out how having a “Pity Party” is sometimes necessary and can be therapeutic. FUNTIMERS & ALL ADULT PARISHIONERS!!
