Original Recipe by Antony Worrall Thompson Method: Step 1. Ask an adult to preheat Impress your friends with these awesome cook ies! Crisp on the outside, chewy and soft on the insid e, and not too hard to mak e! the oven to 190C or Gas 5. Step 2. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Step 3. In anorther bowl mix the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Step 4. Beat in the eggs, then gradually fold in the flour mixture and finally stir in the chocolate until you end up with stretchy dough. Ingredients: 350g plain flour 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp salt 225g butter 175g caster sugar Step 5. Form small biscuit shapes from the dough with your hands and place on a greased baking tray. Bake for 9-11 minutes 175g soft brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 free range eggs 350g dark chocolate, crumbled Step 7. Munch away and share with your family and friends!
