His Majesty King Hamad yesterday lauded the
success of Royal Windsor
Horse show held under the
auspices of Queen Elizabeth.
This came as he received at sakhir Palace

kingdom has been taking
part in the Royal Windsor
Horse show and achieving advanced positions

He said Bahrain, represented by the Bahrain Royal
Equestrian and Endurance
Federation, allocates special
importance to the Royal Windsor Horse show, and is keen to
ensure its success through effective participation in its various competitions.

of the Oic member states in istanbul. The event
is being held under the theme “Responding to
the challenges of the 21st century: World peace;
justice; stability and security.”
n The Interior Minister yesterday received MP Adel Al Asoomi and
discussed ways of reinforcing Bahrain’s security and stability.
n Education Minister Dr Majid Al Nuaimi yesterday visited Hunainiya
Secondary Boys School in the Southern Governorate and was
reassured on work progress. The BD5 million state-of-the-art school
accommodates 1,300 students and offers modern educational facilities.
The design adopts energy-saving methods such as thermal insulation
for roofs and walls and heat insulating glass, and takes into account
facilities for students with special needs.
