Transportation Option:
There will be 2 buses for up to 54 passengers each available 1 bus from NYC and 1bus from Buffalo. Buses
will depart early on Friday making a few stops along the way as noted. Buses will plan to arrive on Friday in
time for the House of Delegates meeting and departing Sunday following the last CE. If you are interested in
securing a seat on one of the buses please indicate with your selection below. Bus fare will be $25 round-trip.

be charged a fee of $225.00 whether or not you have completed any portion of the home-study. Event PSSNY’s Registration Cancellation Policy:This policy
applies to all events sponsored by PSSNY and regional affiliates. For refunds, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the
scheduled event. A $10.00 (per person) processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations may be received
via fax, email or regular mail. It is up to the registrant to confirm receipt of the cancellation request. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the
