Wishing you and your family a blessed
Thanksgiving. May we take time to thank the
Lord for all the blessing large and small we have
been given throughout the year.
We are putting together complete Thanksgiving meals for 175 families and
are asking grades to bring in specific items. Below you will find a list for
each grade.
KBaby food and miscellaneous items
1 & 5Potatoes and gravy
2 & 6Stuffing and rolls
3 & 7Cranberry and vegetables
4 & 8Olives and boxed desserts
We need everyone to bring in turkeys!
Turkeys can be brought in at any time as we have a large freezer to store
them in. Fresh items such as rolls may be brought to the school on Monday
November 25th. We also accept donations of money or SCRIP. EVERY
LITTLE BIT HELPS! We are all so blessed. It is a wonderful opportunity to
give to our brothers and sisters that are in need.
A few words from the Principal announced at last Monday's assembly……
Dear Students, Teachers, Staff and Parents,
I was hoping to join you this morning for assembly but my doctor has told me that I
need to keep my foot elevated for another week. So I must do as the doctor says.
Please say a prayer for my healing and recovery. I pray for you and your families
every day.
See you soon, Miss Paredes
Please join us in welcoming Emmy Becerra to our staff.
My name is Emmy Becerra and I am from Peru. I am married and
have two wonderful boys. We moved to California this past summer.
My husband just retired from the Air Force after 24 years of service. Because of his
job we lived in Panama, Utah, Alaska, Germany and New Mexico. I have taught at
every place we have been. I speak Spanish, English, Portuguese, Italian and a little bit
of German. I enjoy reading, baking, exercising and traveling. My dream is to visit the
famous Great Wall of China.
Congratulations to our 3rd & 4th grade division girls
team and our 5th grade Trinity girls team who both won
their league championships this last weekend!
