POLICIES & PROCEDURES
WHY CHOOSE MILWAUKEE SPORTSERVICE?
We offer packages that include your beverages (even beer!),
desserts and service. Do the math on the other caterers, their
packages may include the meat and side items, but do not
include anything else. Start adding the beverages, desserts,
set-up fees and TAILGATE fees. You may be surprised at how
quickly their prices add up in the end.
ORDERING PRIOR TO THE EVENT
To ensure that we meet your food and beverage requirements,
we request that you place your orders along with menu
selections at least three weeks prior to the scheduled event.
The guarantee of final guest count is required 10 days prior
to the event. After this time the guarantee number is NOT
subject to reduction, however, we can increase your number
up until 72 hours prior to the scheduled event day.
There is a minimum guarantee of 25 guests. An additional charge
will be added for parties below the minimum guarantee.

You have two options for placing an order:

CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel a food or beverage order, please
contact the Catering Office (414) 902-4740, at least three
weeks prior to your scheduled event to avoid any charges to
your account. A cancellation in less than 21 days prior to your
event will result in a non-refundable deposit. If a cancellation
occurs within 72 hours of the event, full charges will be
applied to your account.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Upon signing of the catering contract, a 50% deposit is
required. Payment can be made via credit card only. The
remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the day of the event
and will be applied to the credit card on file.
BUFFET INFORMATION
All menu packages include unlimited soda and guaranteed
two meats per person. All parties end promptly at the start of
the Brewers game.
All outside tailgate buffets are based on a two-hour time
frame, which begins two-hours prior to the start of the game.
All inside tailgate parties begin when gates to the park open.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable time and to maintain compliance
with the rules and regulations of the State of Wisconsin and Miller
Park, no alcoholic beverages may be brought into or removed
from any catering area. It is the responsibility of the Event
Coordinator to ensure that no minors or intoxicated persons
consume alcoholic beverages in catered areas. We reserve the
right to check for proper identification and refuse service to a
person that appears to be intoxicated.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you have specific dietary restrictions or needs, please let
us know. If at any time you require an item not offered on
the catering menu, please feel free to contact the Catering
Manager. We will do everything possible to accommodate
your special requests.
EXCLUSIVITY
DNC Sportservice is the exclusive caterer for Miller Park. It is
not permissible for guests to bring food and/or beverages
into any catered area. Any food or beverage product brought
into the catered area without proper authorization with the
Catering Office, will be confiscated and/or charged to the
catering account at a normal retail price for such items.
All food and beverage is subject to an 18% taxable service
charge and 6.1% sales tax. Groups requesting tax exemption
must provide tax-exempt status with the return of the signed
contract or prior to your event. Gratuities are at the Event
Coordinator’s discretion.
DNC Sportservice would like to thank all of our guests. Your
