A perfectly balanced, aromatic, and bold mocha

MAJESTIC COCOA
POWDER
Steamed Milk (2%)
Freshly Brewed Espresso
2 Tbsp. (12g)
1–2 shots (20mL)
INSTRUCTIONS:
a pitcher and steam. Pour a freshly brewed shot of
espresso into a cup and top off with Majestic blend.
Enjoy as is or with your choice of sweetener. Sweeten
with agave syrup or vanilla bean infused simple syrup.
Notes:
with 2–3 pods crushed cardamom for 10 min., then
follow above recipe.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Whisk together 3 fl. oz. of cold milk with Majestic
and Sweet Ground Powder. Add remaining 5 fl. oz.
of milk to pitcher and steam. Pour a freshly brewed
shot of espresso into a cup and top off with the
steamed milk. Top with whipped cream and dust
with Sweet Ground Chocolate powder.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325°F/153°C. Remove browned
butter from stove and immediately stir in the sugar,
cocoa, water, vanilla, and salt. Let mix cool for 5
min. Add eggs one at a time and stir. When mixture
until batter looks glossy. Add chopped hazelnuts and
transfer to parchment-lined 8"×8" baking pan. Bake
for 25 min. or until done. Let cool, unmold, trim
edges, and slice into 1"×3" bars.
