AS CHIEF SALES EXECUTIVE
New Leadership Role Takes Ownership of Sales Strategies and Activities
Lincoln, NE – November 18, 2014 – Nebraska Book Company|Neebo (OTC Pink: NEEB), a leading
operator of more than 200 college bookstores nationwide and one of the largest distributors in the
textbook wholesale industry supporting more than 2,000 college related stores, announces that Michael
Elliott has been selected as Chief Sales Executive, responsible for leading sales teams and strategy for
the company’s College Bookstore division, Textbook division, Complementary Services division and
Contract Management Services division.

Elliott comes to Nebraska Book Company|Neebo with a legacy of successful business-to-business sales
team development and leadership, most recently with OneTouchPoint where he served as Vice
President, Strategic Sales and Alliances. Elliott’s professional experience also includes sales leadership
roles with North American Corporation and Hess Print Solutions. Progressive advancements in sales and
sales executive roles during the high-growth corporate transition of Wallace Computer Services to Moore
Wallace and ultimately to RR Donnelly ingrained best-of-class sales and customer experience skills and
strategies that formed a foundation for career-long success. Elliott holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in marketing and communications from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Loyola University.
