How to Set Up Your Parent Account
Student accounts have already been created by the North Canton City School District. You will need to
establish a parent account for yourself in order to link to your child(ren).
In your browser, navigate to
In the top right corner of the screen, click the Sign Up button.
Select Parent from the options.
Enter the Access Code for your child. (If more than one child, select one to begin the process with.)
Fill out the information for your new Schoology account. Remember this is Your Parent Account so
you will need to enter your name, email address, and password.
6. Click Register.
To Add Additional Children
1. Click the black drop down arrow.
2. Select Add Child.
3. Enter the child’s access code.
If you do not have the access code for your child(ren), please go to to submit a request form.
How to Navigate Around Your New Account
Toggle between your parent account and your child(ren)’s accounts by clicking on the black drop town arrow
next to your name in the top right corner of the screen.

Set Notifications
Use the white drop down arrow to toggle between your children’s accounts if you have more than one child in
the system.
To Join the Parent Help Group
1. Make sure your parent account is selected.
2. Click on Groups.
3. Click Join.
4. Enter FZ793-FVPXM
5. Click Join.
