projects to date include consulting on startup concepts for a chat app

brainstorming, producing process flows, and wireframes.

Consulting and leading the UX strategy for Guild Guitars. Conducted user
research, information architecture, wireframing, and user testing to inform
the design of their new website. Decreased bounce rate of Guild Guitars
website from 34.81% to .28% and increased average pages visited per
session from 4.56 to 7.71.

Project future staffing needs and oversee development of the Direct Care
Staff team. Grew said team from approximately 30 to 60 employees over
the course of six months when the company acquired a third treatment
facility.
Facilitate the creation of a training curriculum for Program Management
and Direct Care Staff while incorporating stakeholder requirements.
Implement and supervise delivery of said trainings. Review, revise, and
update curriculum as needed.
Manage and improve clinical program schedule based on client feedback
and business needs. Ensure consistency in communication and delivery
of services across all facilities.
