Face-to-face Interviewing with the Right Student in China
More than 600 overseas schools participated at China Education Expo 2013,
nearly 60,000 visitors were brought to Beijing, Xian, Wuhan, Shanghai and
Chengdu – the most important education hubs in China. Featuring a dynamic
on-site interview of more than 300 schools, carrying in-depth discussion at the
booth, and guide them to their dream schools in future – China Education Expo
is your best opportunity to meet with the right student, raise your institution’s
profile and facilitate your recruitment in the coming years.
The Post-Event Report suggested that above 60% of students prefer to carry
out a face-to-face interviewing, thanks to the fact that authorized personnel
from overseas institutions are highly trustworthy.
The Post-Event Report shows that 73% of overseas schools interviewed up to
10-100 students on site during the two-day event, and 60% of them think it’s
helpful to their recruitment.
Facilitating Your Partnership: Face-to-Face Networking at B2B
Some 500 overseas and Chinese schools signed up for B2B 2013, creating a synergy to complement the expo and benefit Sino-overseas schools. This
year’s B2B, as in 2011, 2012 and 2013, will continue to be incorporated as an integral part of China Education Expo 2014. It will be staged on Friday
morning, one day before the expo. The B2B is the one event to meet current and potential players, generate new programs, and facilitate future
Post-Event Report shows that 60% of overseas schools met up to 5 - 20 Chinese counterparts for potential cooperation and partnership, and 57%
of them wish to participate at next B2B event in 2014.
Participation Guidelines
- Only regionally accredited overseas academic institutions are accepted at
China Education Expo 2014
- Institutions shall only be represented by authorized personnel (faculty professor, advisor,
lecturer, or recruitment officer) from the institutions themselves
- As we promote direct communication between overseas schools with Chinese students,
no third party recruiters or agents or domestic language training organizations or Alumni
running agency business, will be accepted at China Education Expo 2014

The basic fittings shall include:

Space Only
Space Only is available with minimum size of 4 standard booths. Exhibitors will design and
build their own booths at their cost with the assistance of exhibition official booth contractor.
Cost: RMB5000/session
Inclusive of 30 minutes duration, a 50-people capacity seminar room, laptop,
AV equipment, multi-media projector and audience promotion.
