A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person by cash, cheque or credit card will be required as
confirmation and is payable within 10 days of your booking being made.

Please let your booking manager know if you choose to pay your deposit directly to the
restaurant so we can ensure this gets added to your booking file.
Upon receipt of your deposit a letter of confirmation together with pre order forms will be sent to you.
Pre order forms are to be completed and returned to your Christmas bookings manager no later than
4 weeks prior to your reservation. The latest a pre order can be changed is 72 hours before your party date.
Guests should pay particular attention to the time of the reservation and time allocated to their stay.
A 10% service charge will be added to your final bill.
