You have been persistently late in paying rent.
2.
You no longer qualify to live in public or subsidized housing.
3.
The unit was made available to you as a condition of your employment and your employment
has ended.
4.
Your tenancy was created in good faith as a result of an Agreement of Purchase and Sale for
a proposed condominium unit and the agreement has been terminated.
5.
You are occupying the unit solely to receive rehabilitative or therapeutic services and the
period of tenancy agreed to has ended.
Note: the landlord can only give a notice for this reason if no other tenant receiving these
types of services is allowed to live in the complex for more than four years.

Information
The termination date cannot be earlier than 28 days after the date the landlord gives the tenant this notice
for a weekly or daily tenancy. Also, the date must be on the last day of the rental period. For all other types
of tenancies the termination date cannot be earlier than 60 days after the date the landlord gives the tenant
this notice and must be the last day of the rental period or, if the tenancy is for a fixed term, the last day of
the fixed term.

If the tenant moves out by the termination date in this notice, the tenancy will end on the termination
date.
3.
If the tenant disagrees with what the landlord claims in this notice, the tenant does not have to
move out of the rental unit. However, the landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating
the tenancy and evicting the tenant.
4.
The landlord's application to the Board: The landlord may file their application as soon as they
have given the tenant this notice. If the landlord applies, the Board will schedule a hearing. The
landlord must give the tenant a copy of the application and the Notice of Hearing.
5.
