Upon completion of the entire packet, fax or e-mail it back to FSBO Services.
From there, we will prepare the paperwork. We will then e-mail the paperwork to
Seller and Buyer to sign and fax or e-mail back to us or you may come in and see
us. Then the For Sale By Owner Services Closing Department & the Settlement
Company you select will take over. We will work with you to get everything ordered

ASSISTANCE OPTION AGREEMENT
DISCLOSURE of INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
THE BELOW SIGNED Seller and Buyer hereby acknowledge disclosure that For Sale By Owner Services
Closing Department will serve in the capacity of INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR - NOT AS AGENT - in
connection with any Purchase Agreement between Seller and Buyer for purchase by Buyer from Seller of
real property commonly known as:

_____Seller or _____Buyer or _____ Seller & Buyer __________ (Already Paid) hereby agrees to pay a
fee in the amount of Four Hundred and Seventy Five Dollars ($475.00) to For Sale By Owner Services
as payment in full for SERVICES RENDERED as set forth herein below in connection with the above cited
Purchase Agreement.
SERVICES to be RENDERED
The Sales Price and other Terms, Conditions and Considerations having been earlier agreed upon by and
between Seller and Buyer, said SERVICES RENDERED by Contractor shall consist of some or all, -as
determined by Contractor of the following services:
1. Unlimited support to the Seller throughout the advertising period as questions arise.
2. Coordinate in the construction and writing of the herein described Purchase Agreement and other
documents necessary to bring about the consummation of the above described sale.
3. To assist Seller and Buyer in meeting the requirements of the Purchase Agreement as to inspections,
reports, and other such items as may be made a part of the Purchase Agreement.
4. To Facilitate communication between buyer and seller to help prevent disputes from arising.
5. To assist in expediting the loan process in order to obtain loan, or loan assumption, approval (if same
be required as set forth in the Purchase Agreement).
6. To assist in meeting the requirements of the closing agent in connection with the closing on behalf of
Seller and Buyer. It is understood that For Sale By Owner Services does not attend the actual closing.
7. If Either Party negates this agreement, a $500 Penalty in addition to the ($475 Assistance Option
fee and Close at Home Fee) will be immediately due and payable by the breaching party.
Unless extended in writing through mutual agreement by the parties hereto, this AGREEMENT shall
terminate as of 12:01 a.m. on the _________ day of ___________, 20____ . (to be filled in by FSBO).

IMPORTANT
All Listings/Changes are up and running within 24 - 48 business hrs. Business hrs are M-F 9-5 pm. I understand
FSBO Signs/Lockbox are rentals & I must return them via mail or to a For Sale By Owner drop off location before
Closing, Cancellation or MLS expiration IN CLEAN, REUSABLE CONDITION. Cancellation cannot take effect until return of items. If I request the signs/lockbox be picked up - I forfeit my deposit (min 1 wk notice for pick up & not available

requirements of the MLS Rules. Should I fail to provide the contract and the HUD within 12 hours of occurance, I understand that CSR will get fined & then I will be responsible for that fine – which is typically $500-$1000.
