Online Room Reservation System: Instructions on how to request a GCLD meeting space. 1. Navigate to www.gcld.org > Services > Meeting Space 2. Click “Reserve now” for the room you want to request 3. Read and accept the GCLD Meeting Room Policy After you have read the policy, check the box next to “I have read and agree to GCLD’s meeting room policy” then click “Submit” 4. Select your desired date Verify the correct room and month are selected 5. Select your desired time and click “Continue” Check the boxes to select your time frame. If the boxes are greyed out or if you cannot check them, the room is not available. 6. Enter your library card number and last name then click “Login” A current GCLD library card is required. 7. Complete the registration form and click “Verify Request” The system will auto-fill your contact information (phone number, zip code, and email). If it is not correct please notify library staff so that we may update our records. 8. Check your email for confirmation You will immediately get an onscreen confirmation. Within a few hours you should receive an email confirmation that your request is awaiting approval. Once approved, you will receive a second email notifying you that “Room Request Accepted” 10. Special Notes If you have a recurring meeting or would like to make another request, click “Another Request” from the onscreen confirmation page. You can cancel your reservation by clicking the cancellation link from your confirmation email. If you don’t receive any emails from us, make sure to check your junk or spam folder. You must contact the library before your reservation to schedule a walkthrough and, if necessary, to get the access key/code. You must be 18 years or older and have a current GCLD library card to reserve a room.
