Preface The point of this tutorial is to have an easy clear and straight forward information about how to do correctly the BASIC functions of the Dxconsole, no deep information just steps to work things out and also a TROUBLESHOOTER so new Dxmerchants will know WHAT TO DO when things dont go smooth as they should be.... It is important to remember to all NEW Dxmerchants that the actual system is the test system and it has glitches that you must be aware and need to know how to solve problems without being a hassle to support... This paper assumes that you have read all the heavier information available for FREE on the Dxpowerteamsite .. http://www.dxpowerteam.com ,you are already DXDEBIT QUALIFIED, and you have setup your console CORRECTLY! .. Figure 1. see the top bar where it says , home, inexchanges, outxchanges, etc... TERMS THAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BUT REFRESHING MEMORY HERE DXg$ : the currency used in dxgold system. OutXchanges: convert ecurrency to dxg$ Listing OutXchanges: means that you want your dxgold to be converted to ecurrency (GEB acct) Processing OutXchanges: means that you want to convert others dxgold into ecurrency (console). AutoInexchanges : convert dxg$ to ecurrency INX CLAIMS, CLAIMS, SCB Bonus: a way to get money into the system you in exchange get a big bonus SCB (standard claim bonus) , you need to have ecurrency to do this operation. FLOAT BALANCE: dxg$ sitting available in Console Pending Float Balance: dxg$ that are waiting to be confirmed by a user to whom you sent ecurrency Instant Claims Bonus: dxg$ money earned while working on different operations on the console IRL (inexchange ratio level): the REAL dxg$ Amount available in order to get Autoinexchanges, so if FLOAT is 150 dxg$ and and IRL is 100 dxg$ then you will be able to receive a max amount of 100$ via autoinx. Processing OutXchanges 1 ) PROCESSING OUTXCHANGES Processing outxchanges is the way for you to add money to your console float while gaining IRL (inexchange ratio level) , you use ecurrency you have available in any of your accounts (egold, ebullion, paypal etc) . REMEMBER always to be sure that you have money in your ecurrency that you plan to process. Steps to make a successful processing of outxchanges: 1) Log in to your console 2) Click on the Outxchange button on the top menu bar 3) On the dropdown menu box select the ecurrency where you have money in and want to process the outxchange 4) On the textbox below write the amount you have in ecurrency 5) The system will automatically find the closest outxchange for you to process with your amount of money. 6) An informational page will open letting you know the info about the OutX, Click on ACCEPT button to make the OUTX or BACK TO LIST BUTTON if you dont want to process the OUTX. ACCEPT and BACK TO LIST BUTTONS , Outxchange processing 7) IN THE CASE OF INSTANT OUTXCHANGES (ALL Ecurrencies except Ebullion) 7.1) You will be prompted to the Ecurrency website in which you must add all the required information by your ecurrency provider (account number, turings, etc) , then CLICK OK Button (confirm,Transfer Funds or any name that means to transfer funds to the other account) 7.2) After the funds have been transferred the ecurrency site will tell you that you have successfuly transferred the funds, you must click a BUTTON that means in some way RETURN TO WEBSITE YOU CAME FROM , it will be stated as Continue in some cases. 7.3) You will be returned to the DXConsole website and you will get a message that says OutXchange processed succesfully and Click Here to login to your Console. 7.4) After Clicking on the Link you will be returned to the Login Site of DXConsole, NOW Login Again 7.5) You will receive a Message saying , you Console Has Been Updated Successfuly click here to continue... you click on that link, and now you should see that the Instant Claim Bonus and IRL must have raised to a higher value than before. That is because of your successfully processed OutXchange. 8) IN THE CASE OF NON-INSTANT OUTXCHANGES (Ebullion) (CHECK PICTURES AT THE END OF THE MANUAL) 8.1) You will be prompted to a DxConsole page that lets you know all the needed information to Manually transfer money from your Ebullion account to the processed OUTX ebullion`s account, the information available is : Amount to Send , Transaction information, Ebullion Account number. Below all that information there is a blank textbox (Ebullion Batch Number) in which you must copy&paste the TRANSACTION ID returned by Ebullion when the transfer was done. 8.2) Open another Internet Explorer Window and Login to Ebullion Website, Check if you have enough ecurrency to process the OutX and click Transfers on the left link menu. 8 .3) On the transfer page, fill the required information with the information found on the DxConsole page, copy&paste account number, write the amount you must transfer, and copy&paste the Transaction information on the MEMO area. 8.4) Click on PREVIEW THIS TRANSFER button. 8.5) Double check all the information ,remember that all ecurrency transfers are FINAL! No REFUNDS 8.6) CLICK SUBMIT Button 8.7) Ebullion website will prompt you with a TRANSFER SUCCESSFUL page and the Transaction ID of the operation, COPY this transaction ID . 8.8) Open the DxConsole window where you have the information of the OutXchange that you are processing and paste that transaction ID given on ebullion web site.. then click CONTINUE Button on the side 8.9) The Dxconsole will prompt you a message saying congratulations your payment has successful, awaiting confirmation ...You can see your pending payments by clicking on Pending Balance link on the DxConsole HOME., AND YOU MUST WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE CONFIRMED TO SEE THE OPERATION REFLECTED ON YOUR IRL AND INSTANT CLAIM BONUS. This is the basic steps to process OutXChanges, easy ha? NOW for the not that easy part, what shall we do if things dont go as smooth as it should, and you get caught with Internet Service Provider DOWN or a FAILURE on the Ecurrency Web Site or maybe JUST YOU MISCALCULATED AND NOT ENOUGH FUNDS... or simply FAILED to WRITE THE TURING NUMBER CORRECTLY OUTXCHANGES TROUBLESHOOTER FIRST OF ALL DONT PANIC!!!!!!! If you panic you will make things worser because you will make the transaction blocked for the one you were processing the OutX... HERE is the what to do... CASE #1 FAILED TO WRITE TURING NUMBER CORRECTLY 1) If you get prompted with YOU FAILED to WRITE TURING NUMBER CORRECTLY , just click on the right button a menu will appear click on BACK option,, you will get a little window open that says something about information will be reposted and bla bla.. you just click RETRY... then you will be promted again to the site to add the account information and write the turing number again,,, and this time try to write the turing number correctly... CASE #2 ECURRENCY WEB SITE DOWN or INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER DOWN 1) Here your only escape is to close the Window you are working on and log out of the DXConsole too 2) After you have closed all,, just go and Login Again to the DXConsole 3) Immediately after you login you will get promted to a website that informs you that the DXConsole wasnt able to determine if you did the transaction or not... YOU HAVE 3 OPTIONS HERE! 3.1) YES SPEND OK!! ... you will use this option if your case was that you made the spend but suddenly you got an error message from the ecurrency web site or something happened to your connection and couldnt finish the transaction as usual,,, you just CHECK your ecurrency BALANCE to CONFIRM that money was PAID and the CLICK ON YES SPEND OK! ... your console will be updated after some time 3.2) NO (NO SPEND) ... you will use this option if you had any kind of problem during the transaction and you COULDNT SPEND ... the reasons for using this could be , WRONG TURING NUMBER, NOT ENOUGH FUNDS, OR SIMPLY SITE DOWN... 3.3) This option is for many MORE SERIOUS REASONS and it should not be used for stupid reasons... YOU WILL WRITE THE REASONS OF WHY YOU COULDNT SPEND only for reasons like WRONG ACCOUNT NUMBERS or ISSUES that ARE NOT IN ANY WAY RELATED TO PROBLEMS THAT ARE SOLVED BY JUST CLICKING NO (NO SPEND). Fig 5. The CHECKUP of Payment, Dx Console, YES(spend ok) , No (no spend), or review. ALWAYS try to keep between the 2 first options, if you just click on NO then the processed outX will be returned to the list and just nothing would have happened, so you come clean from guilt for having messed with others listed outxchanges. ;-) If you click YES always will be OK too.. BUT just Skipping this PAGE or NOT SELECTED THE APPROPRIATE ANSWER YOU JUST MESS THINGS UP,,, and listed outxchanges will be put into Admin Review or CANNOT CANCEL. CASE #3 NOT ENOUGH FUNDS 1) Here you can just close the window and Log Out the console and then when you log Back you will get what CASE #2 explains. 2) ANOTHER Option is to find the CANCEL Button on the Ecurrency website (if have any) so you will be returned to the console and the console will know that you canceled the transaction and will return the OutX to the List. CASE #4 Getting INTERNAL SERVER ERRORS or PAGE REQUEST NOT FOUND,, KIND OF ERRORS (VERY IMPORTANT READ) OK, this error mainly happen when you click on the ACCEPT Button when trying to process an outxchange, it happens because there are many many request at the same time and the server cant handle them all at once, and in most of the cases will create the CANNOT CANCEL issue on the one who you were about to process his/her outxchange. What you SHOULD do to avoid the poor little fellow dxmerchant a cannot cancel? When this error page appears, click on the BACK button on the left menu below, you will be returned to the window where you clicked the ACCEPT button,, NOW THIS TIME INSTEAD OF TRYING TO CLICK ACCEPT AGAIN, TRY TO CLICK BACK TO LIST BUTTON,, because if you click on ACCEPT you will get an error message that says that this listing is being processed by another dxmerchant which in fact is yourself but you got an error, so if you instead click the BACK TO LIST, YOU WILL make the listed OUTX back to the list and save the fellow dxmerchant a CANNOT CANCEL ISSUE. This method was confirmed by myself. 2) GETTING AUTOINEXCHANGES This is the Easy Part,,, in order to get Autoinexchanges you must have the ecurrency details correctly setup, have some IRL , and PATIENCE... they will happen all by themselves... when you get an autoinexchange your IRL will diminish and you will have Ecurrency in any of your available accounts, your Instant Claim Bonus will rise because of that automatic operation. So nothing to do here but wait to happen... IN THE CASE OF EBULLION AUTOINX (requires confirmation): When you receive an autoinexchange from ebullion or any other manual ecurrency, your money received will show in your PENDING FLOAT BALANCE, you need to check your eBullion account manually to see if you already received the amount stated in the pending float balance , once you know you did receive the amount, you CLICK on the INEXCHANGE Button on the top list of the console, you will see a clickable EB-T-DXG link, on the next window check that it corresponds to the Transaction ID in your Ebullion account history, then CLICK it, another screen will come out, you just CLICK again on the transaction ID and a new screen will pop, showing information of the AutoInx, at the end of the page there is a button APPROVE, click on it ,and you would have confirmed the AUTOINX. Fig 9. CLICK on the APPROVE button once you checked that funds arrived. Fig 10. A word of advise before approving AUTOINEXCHANGE TROUBLESHOOTER CASE #1 I GOT AN EBULLION AUTOINX BUT I CHECK MY EBULLION ACCOUNT AND THERE IS NO TRANSFER SENT, WHAT DO I DO? Well, this is clearly a big problem for the one who did not do the transaction correctly, it could be blamed for theft or IF YOU DO BLAME HIM AND YOU ARE MAKING A MISTAKE BY NOT CHECKING YOUR ACCOUNT TRANSACTION CORRECTLY then you COULD BE BLAMED of THEFT, so IF YOU ARE SURE that no money came , then DONT APPROVE the AutoInexchange and contact support with all the available information,, this wont hurt you in any way since it wont block any process nor any new autoinexchanges. CASE #2 I SEE THAT I HAVE XX Dxg AMOUNT PENDING IN MY FLOAT BALANCE BUT WHEN I CLICK ON IT TO SEE DETAILS I DONT SEE ANY TRANSACTION OF THAT AMOUNT, IS THAT A GLITCH Yes, support contacted me for a problem like that, and it means that someone tried to make a autoinexchange to you but something went wrong on the process so you have that amount pending, just send a quick note to support with the information of that problem and they will clear it. 3) PROCESSING CLAIMS (a.k.a INX CLAIMS) There is a button on your Console at the top part that is called , CLAIM LIST, there you have a big list of all the processed outx you made, the autoinxes you received so you can collect bonuses from this amounts by just claiming them... What do I need to claim the bonuses? You need to have Ecurrency available , of any kind (egold, paypal, ebullion) .. STEPS TO PROCESS A CLAIM SUCCESFULLY 1) Log in to your console 2) Click on CLAIM LIST button on the upper menu 3) On the window that prompts, there is a button below called CREATE CLAIM Click on it 4) You will see a list of all the possible claims you can do, they have the same amounts you have processed outx and from the autoinxchanges received, you must select the appropiate amount in order to create a claim. FOR EXAMPLE: if you have 100$ in egold and want to create a claim you need to just select up to 100$ in claims,,, so you click checkboxes until you add up to the amount you have in ecurrency 5) After selecting the amount, Click on PREVIEW, at the END of the LIST 6) A screen will appear stating the size of your claim, you check if its the same amount you have in ecurrency and then click ACCEPT to create the claim. 7) You will be sent to the CLAIM LIST screen, and you will see that now you have a claim created, there are two possible links to click on the CLAIM, 1) COMPLETE CLAIM: Click there to be sent to the site to select the ecurrency 2) CANCEL CLAIM : Click here if you made a mistake and want to create another claim 8) YOU CLICK on COMPLETE CLAIM,,, a new screen will appear very similar to the screen when you want to LIST OUTXCHANGES , at your left you will have all the possible ecurrencies you can use to make the claim, you just click on the logo of the ecurrency you will use to process the claim. 9) Another window will show, here you will be shown all the information related to your claim, and below that a drop down menu box , that asks you where do you want to put your dxgold received for the claim, DDB Balance or FLOAT Balance, select the one you want (recommended DDB Balance). AND THEN click on the SUBMIT INEXCHANGE button. READ STEP 11 IF YOU SELECTED NON INSTANT ECURRENCY (Ebullion..) 10) You will be sent to the website corresponding your ecurrency selected, you will fill all your information as required and complete the process, as required, you will be automatically returned to dxgold console site once you finish it. 11) IN THE CASE OF NON-INSTANT CLAIMS (Ebullion) 11.1) You will be prompted to a DxConsole page that lets you know all the needed information to Manually transfer money from your Ebullion account to the processed OUTX ebullion`s account, the information available is : Amount to Send , Transaction information, Ebullion Account number. Below all that information there is a blank textbox (Ebullion Batch Number) in which you must copy&paste the TRANSACTION ID returned by Ebullion when the transfer was done. 11.2) Open another Internet Explorer Window and Login to Ebullion Website, Check if you have enough ecurrency to process the CLAIM and click Transfers on the left link menu. 11 .3) On the transfer page, fill the required information with the information found on the DxConsole page, copy&paste account number, write the amount you must transfer, and copy&paste the Transaction information on the MEMO area. 11.4) Click on PREVIEW THIS TRANSFER button. 11.5) Double check all the information ,remember that all ecurrency transfers are FINAL! No REFUNDS 11.6) CLICK SUBMIT Button 11.7) Ebullion website will prompt you with a TRANSFER SUCCESSFUL page and the Transaction ID of the operation, COPY this transaction ID . 11.8) Open the DxConsole window where you have the information of the OutXchange that you are processing and paste that transaction ID given on ebullion web site.. then click CONTINUE Button on the side 12) Relogin to Dxgold Console 13) The Console will be updated and the Bonus from the Claim will be added to the Float Balance, and the rest of the money will be added to where you asked it to be sent ( DDB Balance or FLOAT Balance). Check if the total transaction amount is the amount you have in ecurrency and then click CONTINUE to create the CLAIM Fig 14. Click on Complete Claim to continue or Cancel if you want to erase it Fig 15. Click on the ecurrency logo to pay the claim. Fig 16. After selecting the ecurrency you get to this step, select the account where you want your money deposited. Fig 17. Click on SUBMIT REQUEST to be sent to the ecurrency payment page These are the main steps to process a Claim, no that hard ha? ... well now we will run through some troubleshootings to know what to do in case of not so easy transactions. There are some problems that could happen while processing CLAIMS, lets go thru them case by case CASE #1 NOT ENOUGH FUNDS or MISTAKE SELECTING THE CORRECT ECURRENCY In this case the situation is simple because you dont mess with anyones listed stuff or anything, what you must do is just CANCEL or even Close the DX Console and Relogin,, GO TO CLAIM LIST and click you will see that your pending claim under now has a new button called CLEAR INX ID, If you havent sent any money (which is the case not enough funds) you just click CLEAR INX ID, and the claim will be cleared and now you can cancel it or run it thru another ecurrency where you have money available. CASE #2 WAITING FOR EBULLION CONFIRMATION When you process a claim with Ebullion, the claim will stay open until it is CONFIRMED by the user who received the CLAIM , so you need to wait until confirmation comes, if you go to CLAIM LIST you would be able to see your claim sitting there with the possibility to CLEAR INX ID, which you dont want to do that because you already sent funds, so you just need to wait... if you wait for more than 48 hours and the claim hasnt been confirmed, you must need to contact support, they will tell you what to do. NOTE: it is important to know that you can only have ONE CLAIM created, so until the CLAIMS is sitting there you cannot create a NEW CLAIM. CASE #3 SOMETHING WENT WRONG I SENT MONEY BUT CLAIM DID NOT CLEARED AND I HAVENT RECEIVED MY DXGOLD NOR MY BONUSES Ok, this is quite common these days, there are too many people, too many mistakes made (which is the reason of existence of this tutorial) , and sometimes the ecurrency web sites have problems processing your transaction, because of slow down on their system, DDoS Attacks or others... What will happen here is that FUNDS WILL BE SENT (anyways you will check your balance to see if indeed they were transfered) but the dxConsole system doesnt see it as if that happened . so if you GO to CLAIM LIST you will see your CLAIM still sitting there as if you havent done anything, here are the possible solutions to this problem: 1) CONTACT SUPPORT, you will send them all the transactions Ids from your CLAIM and the HISTORY balance from your Ecurrency account, so they can see that you indeed made the claim and the problem was from the site that did not finish the process... 2) IF YOU HAPPEN TO BE LUCKY and the person that you sent the money , YOU KNOW HIM/HER the contact her ASAP and tell her about your problem, he/she would return the money and you can got to your CLAIM LIST and CLEAR INX ID, so you dont loose anything, and you have your money back. 3) Another solution is, to contact support with all the information on your hands with a note that you will clear the INX ID since its not your fault etc etc (beg a little) and then CLEAR INX ID, YOU MUST BE AWARE THAT SUPPORT MAY NOT RETURN YOUR FUNDS BACK, BUT most of the cases they have done it, they know that this is a problem on the test system and it will be fixed, but you always must be prepared to get a loss, because you could since this is not the real way it works. 4) AND LAST DESPERATE SOLUTION, JUST CLEAR THE INX ID,,, and consider the loss a business EXPENSE, (thanks for the steps 3 and 4 to Stuart ;) ). OK, now we are done with the processing of claims and its possible solutions to its problems. 4)MANAGING FLOAT Bonuses are put in 2 different parts in the dxConsole , the bonuses from processing outxchanges are put into the instant claim bonus amount , which you can COLLECT immediately by clicking on a lick called COLLECT NOW,, these bonuses will then be sent to the FLOAT BALANCE The other bonus is the Standard Claim Bonus (CLAIMS BONUSES) these are automatically put into the FLOAT BALANCE. So we want to use these bonuses, and move it to DDB, how we do that? 1) CLICK on MANAGE FLOAT LINK on the TOP bar of DxConsole 2) A window will open with some important information There is a 40% withdrawal allowance limit: this means that you can withdraw certain amount of money indicated in this window, it is calculated by the system this way,,, it takes the 40% out of the IRL available at End of Session, so if you are NEW and first time qualified you wont have any amount available to withdraw, if you have more than 1 session qualified it will state the amount available to withdraw depending on your IRL from last session. YOU MUST BE AWARE that if you take out more than this available amount during a session you will be penalized with NO AUTOINXES for 6 days, so if you plan to take this money out, you must be careful and go back a couple of cents to not reach the max amount. There is another amount called the SURPLUS Amount: this is the amount represented by all the BONUSES you received and this is the amount you can REMOVE from the FLOAT without any penalties during the session. Below all this information there is a textbox, where you must write the amount you want to remove from the FLOAT BALANCE, type the amount and click the Button, REMOVE FROM FLOAT BALANCE... this amount of money will go to DDB Balance, where you then can send to GEB. NOTE: Remember to always leave some extra cents for not having any future problems by locking yourself for 6 days, just for 1 cent. You wont want that... Fig 18. Manage FLOAT Window, notice the INEXCHANGE LEVEL LOCK WITHDRAWAL ALLOWANCE, this is the amount you can withdraw without being locked for 6 days, 1 more cent that that and you will be LOCKED, so be aware! , CHECK THE SURPLUS FLOAT VALUE, the las on the list before the grey line, this is the amount you can withdraw with no problems. Write the amount you want to remove from float on the text box of the GREY LINE! 5) A WORD OF ADVISE So now you know the basics of the DxConsole, how to process the main cycles of the DxGold System. Now i would like to add some extra words of advise to keep things running smoothly for everyone 1) Always close your support messages when they get answered or you already got your problem fixed in some other way around, this way you will save a lot of time to support. DONT REPLY THEM A THANKS THEY KNOW YOU ARE THANKFUL,THANK THEM IN ADVANCE!. 2) DONT CLICK LIKE A SAVAGE, just let the system process, wait , just by clicking twice or trice on the same button will just restart the connection , you will end up waiting longer and can make yourself glitches for FREE! 3) Try to keep track of all you do, remember you are working on the test system and there are some glitches that are being solved now, so you can track your balances appart and notice them , plus you will be able to give more accurate info to dxsupport and they will be able to answer you faster 4) Sometimes support takes longer to answer because they need to make sure what your problem is , so you can speed up things giving them accurate info and by not submitting multiple requests of the same thing... its worthless 5) Do not send any messages to support regarding negative pending balances on the console or the GEB account, support is aware of this problem and they monitor this problem , you will get your account fixed as soon as is your turn. 6) If you have listed OutExchanges and after 24 hours you dont see them moving and specially if they are small values, then go to the pending transfers and try to cancel them, maybe you got the CANNOT CANCEL glitch, and if you do, copy and paste the information of the transaction and send to support they will clear it. Appendix 1, The information window to manually do the transfer to Ebullion accounts, notice the text box where you must paste the transaction ID of your payment!, note the Outxchange reference, you should copy that reference and put it in the memo of your transfer... Appendix 2. The numbers you see there is the turing number, as you can see is sometimes a little hard to read, so you can easily make mistakes when writing it, no panic, just click on right button of your mouse, click back, click you right mouse button again, click refresh, click retry on the alert window and you will be able to fill the ecurrency information without problems.
