Margey Meyer, CMCA, PCAM is a nationally-recognized
educator, trainer, speaker, advocate and author in the field of
leading, managing and developing community associations.
Margey is Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude graduate of
Florida State University in Florence, Italy. She has worked in the
community association industry as a portfolio manager, founder
and owner of her own successful management company in
Houston, Texas, and VP-Industry Education, Integration and
Outreach for the nation’s largest community association
management company.
Margey currently is president of CADRExperts (Community
Association Dispute Resolution Experts) and is a certified
mediator with the American Arbitration Association and the
Better Business Bureau of Greater Houston.
Margey is a long-standing member of the national CAI faculty
and has served in almost every committee and leadership
capacity for the Community Associations Institute, both locally
and nationally, including chairing the Foundation for Community
Association Research, Government and Public Affairs
Committee, and the CEO Committee. She was twice named
CAI’s Educator of the Year.
