We want to make sure that you enjoy a very good sausage and part of that includes cooking it the right way as well. Our pork sausages are made from leg meat and our chicken sausages include 30% breast meat. We did this so that you have a leaner and healthier sausage but if you overcook the sausage then it becomes dry and the quality goes down. We don’t want this to happen! When you cook your sausage, on the BBQ or in the frying pan, make sure that you cook one side of the sausage for 5 minutes. Then turn the sausage and cook it for 7 minutes. Then let the sausage sit for 2 minutes so that the molecules in the meat can settle. This will increase flavour. Step 1 Cook for 5 minutes on one side. Step 2 Cook for 7 minutes on other side. Step 3 Turn off heat and let it rest for 2 minutes. Then ENJOY!
