Pilates is designed to build postural awareness
and support, develop core strength, improve flexibility and to
link breathing and exercise. It is ideal for people of all fitness
levels, especially those recovering from injury.

Our new mindfulness meditation classes will
provide you with techniques to promote your ability to relax,
focus and find a sense of wellbeing whilst reducing anxiety,
depression or stress. Sleep patterns can be improved,
confidence increased and general happiness enhanced.

weight loads and high repetition movements.
