Jabalpur Sahakari Dugdh Sangh Maryadit Jabalpur is planning to implement ‘RATION
BALANCING PROGRAMME’ under World Bank aided project National Dairy Plan,
Phase-I.
A Walk-in-Interview will be conducted to select One No. of post Technical Officer and
Two Nos. of post Trainers for one year on contractual basis to implement the same in its
rural area of milk shed. Detailed information is available at our website
www.mpcdf.nic.in. Since the testimonials of the candidates shall be checked and verified
on selection, hence the candidates appearing for the interview have to ensure themselves
that they possess the requisite qualification and experience. Last date of receiving of
application is 16.03.2015 upto 5.30 P.M. and interview date is 17.03.2015 at 11.00 A.M.
Noote- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

Other details pertaining to above Walk‐in‐Interview are as under : 1. Rs. 30,000/‐p.m. fixed Science/Dairy Husbandry/ including travelling Animal Science /Agriculture expenses. Desirable‐ • Basic knowledge of nutrient composition of feed & fodder and feeding practices followed in the area of operation and should be able to do frequent field visit to villages. • Basic knowledge of computer operation. • Speak confidently to a group, reporting team & seniors. • Ability to go to the root‐cause of the problem for an effective solution. • Relevant field experienced candidates with local language speaking ability to be given priority. 02 Trainers 02 Bachelor Degree in Vety. Rs. 20,000/‐p.m. fixed Science/Dairy Husbandry/ including travelling Animal Science/ Agriculture expenses. Desirable‐ • Basic knowledge of nutrient composition of locally available feed & fodder. • Knowledge of feeding practices followed in the area of operation. • Knowledge of local language. • To teach technical topics in a way understandable to the participants. • Relevant field experienced candidates shall be given priority. 2
2. Date & Place of Walk‐in‐Interview: The candidates are required to report for interview on 17.03.2015 at 11.00 A.M. Interview would be conducted at Office of the Jabalpur Sahakari Dugdh Sangh Maryadit, Karonda Nala, Katni Road, Imaliya, Jabalpur. 3. Age Limit : Age of the candidates should not be less than 21 years and should not exceed 40 years as on 17.03.2015. 4. Incumbent verification: The testimonials of the candidates shall be checked and verified after selection. Hence the candidates appearing for the interview have to ensure themselves that they possess the requisite qualification and experience as mentioned at point No. 1. 5. Period of Contract : The selected candidates of Technical Officer & Trainers shall be deployed for a period of one year only, as per the terms and conditions of the contractual agreement. Based on the provision in project, the deployment period may be extended, which will be purely in the discretion of Jabalpur Sahakari Dugdh Sangh Maryadit and on the basis of performance of the candidates engaged. 6.
