CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR Job description Metsä Board Customer Service Centre in Espoo is looking for Customer Service Coordinator Summer Trainees to strengthen their team. We offer an interesting and independent job in an energetic and international environment in a team of 10 persons. The employment would start in May 2015 and last until September 2015. This position will offer valuable experience for a person in the start of their career. Studies in the field of Business Education would provide the most suitable basis for the position. Key responsibilities: ‒ handling customer enquiries from start to finish ‒ regular contact with the customers and agents while providing them with the agreed level of customer service ‒ order handling, documentation and invoicing will become familiar, as well as providing solutions to problems related to the order delivery chain Candidate experience and competence expectations are: ‒ ability to work in teams as well as independently ‒ good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office tools ‒ ability to remain calm, think clearly and proactively, and to prioritize tasks in high pressure and unexpected situations ‒ good communications skills, as well as fluency in both English and Finnish.
