1) Refundable booking fee of S$2,000 is payable upon reservation / exchange of contracts.
2) Down payment of 10% of purchase price is payable no later than 3 April 2015. Booking fee shall
be refunded upon payment of Down payment.
3) Exchange of contracts is scheduled on 8 – 10 April 2015 in Singapore.
