REDEMPTION PROCESS
1. Click here and login to your My GC SUNS Account using your personal login details.
2. From the list of home games, select the game you would like to redeem by clicking ‘find products’.
3. Enter your access code (which would have been supplied in an email to you on March 23) and click ‘go’.
If you are unaware of your access code, please contact Membership Services.
4. Select the number of tickets you would like to redeem from the drop-down box under the ‘Select number
of tickets’ header. Then click ‘continue’.
5. Review your match redemption and click ‘add to cart’.

6. Select ‘[email protected]’ from the drop-down menu and then click ‘checkout’.
7. Tick the 'Agree to terms of use' box and click ‘submit order’
8. Click on ‘print tickets’. A pop-up PDF should now appear for you to be able to print your ticket or save to
your smart device in order to scan in at the gate.
PLEASE NOTE The process for upgrading your tickets to a Reserved Seat is no longer done through
Ticketmaster. The new process will be made available to you prior to Round 1.
Also, each e-ticket will have its own individual barcode and can only scan into the game once. If you lose your
ticket, please contact the Membership Services Team on 1300 784 436 to cancel.
