By dining at Brigade today, you’re
making a difference...
Brigade together with the Beyond Food Foundation
and Southwark College, are offering people who have
been at risk of or have experienced homelessness the life
changing opportunity to take part in a pioneering 6 month

This life changing opportunity will equip apprentices

and personal mentoring necessary to ensure that they
are able to find sustainable long term employment

You too should have reason to feel great, because by
eating or drinking with us today you are supporting our
unique training programme. Feeling good should be what
dining out is all about, and by helping others rebuild their
self esteem and kick start their lives we are all playing a
special part in supporting our community.
Food P hilosophy!
Brigade is a business with a social mission
Thank you for supporting the Beyond Food Foundation
and Brigade today, in our joint mission to help our
apprentices train for meaningful employment.
We are committed to using great food as a
catalyst to bring people together as we believe
this can transform the way people interact,
work and socialise - it can be exactly what helps
to mend, maintain or enhance a conversation
and nourish relationships.

We don’t believe that food and service should
be complicated, nor do we believe that
ingredients should travel unnecessarily. So,
we try and use seasonal produce as much as
possible, thus supporting our regional farmers
and food producers while looking after you as
friends rather than customers.
