We welcome you as an exhibitor of the Expecting Parents & Baby Expo
which will be held on Sunday, June 7 from 9:00am-2:00pm at Leonard's of Great Neck.
PLEASE READ THIS LETTER COMPLETELY!
It contains information and instructions to make your trade show experience as successful
as possible. We are here to ensure a productive event for both you and your staff.
We suggest you provide a giveaway and consider holding a raffle for some significant prize,
then use it to promote your participation stating that the winner will come from those
attendees who visit you.
Please note that we reserve the right to promote your participation in the event and to
promote any give-away or prizes you intend to raffle off.

Booth Equipment
Table exhibit space consists of a six ft table with two chairs. Booth exhibit space consists of a 10'x10' area
with six ft table with two chairs. There is no pipe and drape. It is not permitted to hang anything from the
walls unless approved by Expos Your Business 72 hours prior to the event.
2. Your exhibit space ALREADY Includes:
A. 1 Table PER BOOTH- If you DO NOT need tables, please e-mail
B. 2 Chairs
C. 1 Company Sign -Signs are placard style with black lettering
3. Exhibit space DOES NOT Include Electricity. Order it HERE or call 347-699-6040 The cost is $75
4. Exhibit space DOES NOT include WIFI. Order it HERE or call 347-699-6040 The cost is $30
Show Management has the right to remove booth set-ups that exceed height restrictions,
block the line of vision or have noise levels above those considered reasonable.
INFO FOR SHOW DAY:
I. EXHIBIT SPACE NUMBER: Exhibit locations will be chosen based on producer experience and
synergistic opportunities.
II. SET-UP HOURS: Exhibit set-up is to be complete by no later than 8:30 AM on June 7.
No exhibitor will be permitted to set up after 8:30am. Please allow enough time to prepare properly.
III. ENTRY: For your convenience, please use the rear Ballroom entrance to the hotel.
IV. ARRIVAL: We require that a representative come to the Event Registration Table and check-in before
your company begins set-up. This insures that badges get properly distributed and you are escorted to your
space. * You will be sent a request to register booth staff online. All Exhibitors MUST have event badge visible –
this helps our event staff identify you and more important, it allows attendees to identify you.
V. BREAKDOWN:
*Absolutely NO dismantling will be allowed prior to 2:00 PM on June 7.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. NON-EXHIBITOR SOLICITATION: If you are approached and solicited by a “non-exhibitor,” please notify
an event staff member or the registration desk. We do, however, encourage exhibitors to network.
2. SHIPMENT OF EXHIBIT MATERIAL: If you need anything shipped to Leonard's, remember that all
deliveries must be addressed to you at Leonard's with the name of the show clearly visible.

3. SALE OR SAMPLING OF PRODUCTS: No food may be sold at this event. No food or other products
may be distributed/sampled without the express consent of Expos Your Business or other representative of
the event. For the safety of the children, no candy or promotional items may be left out to be picked up by
attendees. If you want to provide these, you MUST give directly to parent.
