They witness the centuries-old craftsmanship that goes into every batch of Beecher’s award-winning cheese, including our signature Flagship. The 8,000 square feet space also is host to a café and restaurant, featuring a new-American menu created by Beecher’s owner, founder and head chef, Kurt Beecher Dammeier. Combining his love of great cheese with his passion for pure, all-natural foods, the full-flavored dishes perfectly complement the warm and inviting space, where his dedication to quality and purity shines. Below the bustling street and subway sits The Cellar, a 65seat restaurant that’s part subterranean lounge, part cheese aging cave, and the perfect place to take your next group dining event or celebration. Have something special in mind? The Cellar is available to book exclusively, allowing for complete privacy in the space, your own dedicated staff, a custom menu, and access to the entire bar. 65 seated, 100 standing Our completely private and intimate dining space overlooks the cheesemaking facility and 20th street, complete with customizable music and temperature control, as well as the overall layout of the furniture. This space has the ability to host a seated dinner, lunch or brunch, or a fun cocktail hour. Capacity: 25 seated, 35 standing Our intimate farm table sits in the center of The Cellar dining room, in all the action! Ideal for groups getting drinks or an a la carte seated dinner, the community table can do it all. Capacity: 14 seated We lovingly refer to our lounge seating next to the bar as the cows, hence cowhide coverings. It is perfect for groups who want to have drinks with a light assortment of food. Capacity: 15 seated, 20 mingling We are now offering the café floor as a wonderful experiential space, with views of our cheese making room, the open kitchen, and Broadway. The space is expansive, with lots of room for creativity, and best suited for a late night cocktail hour with classic cheese pairings set up around the room and an open bar in the back. Capacity: 70 standing Everything we offer at Beecher’s is just pure, all-natural, full-flavored food handcrafted in traditional ways with only the best of ingredients. That means our products do not contain any artificial preservatives, flavor enhancers or coloring agents. The premium milk used to produce our cheese products contains no added rBST and our crackers are made without hydrogenated oils.
