Welcome
Once again, we’re opening our doors to amazing
jewelry artisans and designers in our Handcrafted
Studio exhibits featured during our March 8-10,
2014 show. This distinctive area will create a unique
avenue for jewelry artisans to capture the attention
of our buyers who are always interested in
incorporating unique and fresh jewelry designs
into their current product mix.
Our marketplace features extraordinary jewelry from
an extensive vendor mix, along with our Point of View Gallery featuring
designers such as Nina Nguyen, Vahan, and Galatea/Jewelry by Artist.
Atlanta is convenient, easy and affordable. Our semi-annual show attracts
approximately 1000 – 1200 stores per show. Our Retailers are nothing but
loyal and have continued to shop our show for more than 60 years!

TYPES OF BOOTHS:
General Booths: Includes White stretch fabric walls,
Tuxedo booth carpet; (1) Booth Id sign; One-time preshow cleaning; Wastebasket; Wi-Fi Access & 24 hour
security.
Promenade Booths: Require a hard wall booth. You can
either purchase a hard-wall booth package from Shepard
Expo (see Promenade Order Form) or use your company’s
custom booth. Custom booths must be approved by SJTA
– email pictures/layouts to Libby Brown for approval
immediately. Booth Fee includes, carpet, Wastebasket,
Booth ID Sign, One-Time Pre-Show Booth Cleaning, Wi-Fi
in Exhibit Hall & 24 Hour Security.
Point of View – Designer Gallery Booths: Includes Hardwalls, carpet, custom booth header, (1) 6’ skirted table,
(2) side chairs, (1) wastebasket, one-time pre-show booth
cleaning, 24 hour security, Wi-Fi in Exhibit Hall,
complimentary three (3) piece product placement in the
SJTA Show Place Product Display and product shot which
is placed in advertising inserts and on the official show

 Lighting:
You may bring your own lights or order

Show Place is a featured product display area providing
the perfect way to make a long lasting impression by
showcasing your products on the show floor. The cost of
participation is $200. Each participant can showcase
three pieces of product per reservation. Please refer to
“Show Place Form” in your contract package or online.

ARMORED CAR SERVICE PROVIDERS:
Buyer Attendee Lists can be purchased for $25 per list.

SHOW SPECIALS:
Increase traffic to your booth by offering a “Show
Special” and motivating customers to buy from your
company. Refer to the “Spring Show Special Form” in

WELCOME ATLANTA PROGRAM FOR VIP RETAILERS:
The Welcome Atlanta Program is designed to bring your
best customers to the shows that have not attended in
several years or ever. Each Welcome Atlanta Guests
receives two hotel nights at one of our host hotels during
the show. All recipients must be qualified by the SJTA
office. Refer to the “Welcome Atlanta Program Form”
in the contract package or online. You can also contact
Ivy Doss for more details.
EARLY BIRD APPOINTMENTS:
Pre-show buyer appointments are allowed daily at 9:00
am. Refer to the “Early Bird Appointment Worksheet”
posted on our website under the exhibitor resource
center.
RELIGIOUS OBSERVERS:
Deadline: ASAP
If your company will not be staffing your booth on the
Saturday of the show, you will need to complete and
return the “Religious Observer Service” form. SJTA will
provide a complimentary notification sign in your booth.

All exhibitor appointed contractors must submit a
Certificate of Insurance Rider to SJTA prior to set-up. All
workers must bring a completed “EAC & Temporary
Work Pass Request Form” along with photo
identification to receive a badge (form can be found
online).

car service providers of the show. Refer to the “Armored
Car Service Information” form for contact information.
For security reasons, do not plan on making sales calls the
week before or after the show in the metro Atlanta area.

SECURITY/VAULT SERVICES:
SJTA provides 24 hour security during the entire show.
All goods are to be stored in the vault each night. If you
are a religious observer and will not be arriving until
Sunday morning, you will need to contact your armored
car service to complete a “release form” so that your
goods can be signed into the vault on Friday. For more
information regarding hiring booth security/armed
escorts, contact the SJTA office at (800) 241-0399.
