Conflict Resolution: Intra-­‐government and Inter-­‐government Intergovernmental relations are regulated by the Constitution of Kenya 2010; the County Governments Act 2012; the Inter-­‐governmental Relations Act 2012; the Urban Areas and Cities Act 2011; as well as the Public Financial Management Act 2012. These laws establish a framework for consultation and co-­‐operation between the National Government and County Governments; and, amongst County Governments.
